The most common ones are people asking how a particular tool works, reporting that an image did not process the way they expected, asking which format or setting to use for a specific job, requesting a new tool, or checking whether their files are private (they are, since every image is processed entirely in your browser and nothing is ever uploaded to a server). Accessibility feedback is very welcome too. If any part of the site is hard to read or difficult to use with a keyboard or screen reader, please let us know so we can improve it.
